The fine print: If your direct trip does not arrive at the dock in Catalina within 2 hours and 30 minutes of it's scheduled departure time we will provide you with a complimentary ticket that can be used by the same passenger within six months on any run that has seats available with the exception of holidays and holiday weekends. To file a guarantee claim, send an email to info@catalinaferries.com within 72 hours of your delayed trip and include the date of your delayed trip, passenger name(s) and reservation #.
